INSURICA, a privately-owned insurance agency headquartered in Oklahoma City, has acquired two insurance firms and hired Glen Tolentino to its construction practice in the fourth quarter.
INSURICA acquired Norman, Oklahoma-based Commercial Insurance.net, an online lead generation and small business agency. Effective Nov. 1, INSURICA purchased Commercial Insurance.net’s insurance operations and will merge clients into its online small business platform, INSURICA Express.
In a deal that will be effective on Jan. 1, 2019, INSURICA is acquiring McNeil and Company in Arlington, Texas. Gary McNeil and his account team will join INSURICA’s Arlington office.
The company also has hired Glen Tolentino in its Oklahoma City-based construction practice, effective Jan. 1, 2019.
INSURICA has 30 offices located throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Arizona and California.
