Lafayette, Louisiana-based Dwight W. Andrus Insurance Inc. has hired Henri Hebert as vice president of Personal Lines — a newly created role.
Hebert will be tasked with creating and implementing the future business plan and vision that the agency has for this vertical as the agency focuses on middle market and private client/high net worth personal lines accounts.
Hebert is a veteran of the insurance industry. His recent experience as an Allstate agency owner is preceded by time spent in the independent insurance agency space. Hebert’s experience in sales and marketing, digitization, territory expansion and ease of doing business will help shape the future of the agency’s personal lines offerings, the company said.
Founded in 1945, Dwight Andrus Insurance is a 76-year-old, fourth generation, independent insurance retail brokerage firm serving Louisiana and surrounding states through six offices. Dwight Andrus Insurance offers property/casualty, employee benefits, surety, and personal lines insurance programs for small to large businesses.
