The Texas Surplus Lines Association announced the election of Justin Kotrla as its new president following the group’s annual meeting held in Austin earlier in November.
Kotrla is senior vice president, Property & Inland Marine Amwins, based in Dallas.
Tiffany Way, senior vice president and branch manager of RT Specialty in Austin, was elected vice president.
The new secretary/treasurer is Kimmi Cantwell, McGowan, Donnelly & Oberheu, LLC senior vice president of operations.
TSLA named three new Directors elected to three-year terms. They are: Brent Goldade of Crum & Forster in Dallas; Billie Gorrell of Ashley Wholesale Brokerage in Conroe; and Joe Neeley of RT Specialty in Houston.
