Relation Insurance Services, Inc. has acquired the assets of Kilgore, Texas-based Laird Insurance Agency. The transaction went into effect on January 3, 2023; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Laird offers a full range of insurance products including property and casualty coverage.
Owners Bobby Beane and Harvey McClendon will continue running the offices as a valuable part of the Relation family of brands.
