Alera Group announced the acquisition of Texas-based Trimble-Batjer.
Founded in 1883, Trimble-Batjer provides surety and bonds, business solutions, employee benefits and insurance coverage for auto, home, health and life. The San Angelo agency specializes in construction, oil and gas, farm and ranch, life science and manufacturing.
Alera Group said the acquisition will allow it and Trimble-Batjer to be better positioned to deliver enhanced value and expanded resources to clients while maintaining the personalized service and local expertise they have come to expect.
The Trimble-Batjer team will continue serving clients in their existing roles. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
