Texas DWC Seeks Comments on Employer Forms

The Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) is accepting public comments on revised static forms:

• DWC Form-005, Non-Subscriber Notice to Division of Workers’ Compensation.
• DWC Form-007, Employer’s Report of Non-Covered Employee’s Work-Related Injury or Illness.

DWC said it has revised the forms to conform to our agency’s current form standards and to make updates for plain language. The static draft forms are on the TDI website. Respondents may submit comments on the draft forms by completing an online form.

The deadline to submit comments is 5 p.m., Central time, on November 22, 2024.
