A.M. Best has affirmed a rating of “A-” for Kentucky Employers’ Mutual Insurance (KEMI), a Lexington-based provider of workers’ compensation insurance throughout the state.
A.M. Best attributed the rating to the company’s consistent profitability, strong capitalization, good loss reserve patterns, and strong market presence.
