August 29, 2002

Insurity(SM), a ChoicePoint® company, has renewed a licensing agreement with Georgia Casualty and Surety Company for policy administration products and services. Under the agreement, Insurity will convert Georgia Casualty’s existing Insurity DOS-based system to its new Commercial Intellisys® technology platform and add Workers’ Compensation and Umbrella to the supported lines of business. The new system will perform policy processing for Property, Liability, Inland Marine, Crime, Commercial Automobile, Workers’ Compensation and Umbrella coverage. In addition, Insurity will provide interface support between Commercial Intellisys and Georgia Casualty’s back- end system, which is AITE’s WINS® system.

“The Commercial Intellisys system gives Georgia Casualty state-of-the-art underwriting technology and will enable users to extend their current processing capabilities from the desktop to the Internet,” said Sanjeev Singh, director of information services, Regional Property and Casualty Operations for Atlantic American Insurance Group.

“As the premier regional carrier in the South, it is critical that we are positioned to be cost efficient, have streamlined workflow processes and provide outstanding customer service,” said Bob Kitchen, Georgia Casualty president. “The Commercial Intellisys system will help us to remain competitive while growing our lines of business and services.”

“The fact that clients are coming back to us when it’s time to upgrade their mission critical systems says that we are doing something right,” said Jeffrey Glazer, Insurity vice president. “Re-signing Georgia Casualty affirms that our technology is providing an unmatched level of functionality and reliability that’s flexible enough to support their growth. The new system will allow Georgia Casualty better access to data and the ability to connect agents and field offices via the Internet.”
