AcroSoft Corporation of Columbia, S.C. announced two property and casualty companie, Rutgers Casualty Insurance Company and Alliance Mutual Insurance Company, implemented AcroSoft’s document management software solution in August 2002.
The underwriting department of Rutgers Casualty Insurance Company, Cherry Hill, N.J., replaced an older imaging system with AcroSoft’s product. Rutgers went live on August 9, 2002, after a 3-day implementation process. Rutgers plans to implement the system in other departments and ultimately add the AcroSoft Automated Workflow product to further increase efficiency. Rutgers Casualty Group does business in the Midwest and Northeastern U.S.
Alliance Mutual Insurance Company, a property and casualty insurer located in Greensboro, N.C., went live with AcroSoft’s system in the Claims Department on August 15, 2002, after a two-day implementation and plans to move the solution into the Underwriting department in the near future.
