N.C. Agency is 1000th SIAA Member

SIAA announced that the Younts Insurance Agency of Lexington, N.C. became the organization’s 1000th Independent Strategic Member when the agency joined the SIA of North Carolina network.

Younts Insurance was started in 1997 by Lora Younts and currently writes approximately $2 million in premiums, specializing in commercial lines.

“I wanted to be a part of an elite group, so I joined a group of winners,” said Younts. “I liked the idea of being able to call 30 other agents in my area, and I wanted the camaraderie of knowing that I could ask any one of them how they do it and adapt those ideas into my business.”

SIAA Chairman Jim Masiello added, “We enthusiastically welcome Younts Insurance Agency as our 1000th Member. This is a significant milestone to have reached in just over six years. This accomplishment is strong testimony to the need for SIAA.
