The Alabama Department of Insurance will hold a public hearing on the proposed revision of Alabama private passenger automobile insurance rates and rules as filed and requested by American Commerce Insurance Company. The hearing will take place on October 30, 2002, at the Alabama Insurance Department, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Ala.
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
