Insurance-fraud-investigation firm Omega Insurance Services of St. Petersburg, Fla., announced the addition of Michael O. Sullivan as chief financial officer.
A lifelong financial professional and a CPA, Sullivan comes to Omega from UTEK Corp., where he was CFO. His experience also includes positions as chief operating officer and board member of HSN Direct International Ltd., a Home Shopping Network subsidiary, as well as CFO positions at several start-ups and retail companies.
Tim Fargo, Omega founder and president, said the company’s explosive growth required finding an experienced professional who could immediately manage the Omega’s cash flow. “We found that superhuman in Mike Sullivan, and we’re delighted he agreed to help round out our management team.”
