The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation has ordered First Actual American Insurance Co. to cease marketing medical malpractice liability insurance in the state, which the department said it is not authorized to do, according to the The Florida Times-Union.
The company had reportedly been faxing advertising materials to Florida doctors.
