Colonial Properties Trust announced that Alabama-based Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation will relocate its corporate headquarters to Colonial Center at Colonnade on or prior to April 1, 2005.
Infinity Insurance Company has leased 100,721 square feet, or 65 percent of 3700 Colonnade Parkway, one of five Class A office buildings in the 106-acre mixed- use development acquired by Colonial Properties in 2002.
Robert Simon of Corporate Realty Associates, Inc. in conjunction with The Staubach Company of Dallas, Texas represented Infinity in the transaction. This lease is the largest reported in the Birmingham MSA this year.
