SeaCoast Underwriters Inc. has announced its acquisition of Franzese & Assoc. of Orlando and Franzese & Assoc. of Florida. According to R.C. Chaffin, SeaCoast president and CEO the acquistion became effective Dec. 21.
Franzese & Associates will operate as a subsidiary of SeaCoast Underwriters Inc. and will remain in its Orlando office during the immediate future. The new corporate structure for Franzese & Associates will include: Chafin, president; Ed Wojchick, executive vice president; and Shawn Chaffin, vice president.
