Now lets see what happens to this jerk, will he do the time or be back on the streets insured with citizens. They should sell his property to recoupe the money. But we as the people in florida will never know.We will just incure the cost
If this guy were a corporation that defrauded millions of dollars, he could just pay a fine and go on his merry way! But since he’ll be an example, it will be hard time, I’m sure! Gallagher has to make sure that he gets all the right publicity.
Don’t get me wrong, this guy should get jail time, it just seems that the bigger thieves get more lenient treatment.
Think of it this way if it makes you feel better, him and those like him are all part of one big corporation, scumbags inc. if you will, that costs the tax payer billions a year. If you look at it as a whole maybe you can better understand.
Coming from a claims adjuster, this guy should be made into an example! Gallagher should expose and paste the gentleman at every chance he gets. I worked the Hurricanes to know that we don’t need people like this to slow the insurance process down. That adjuster could have been working on a claim where the insured really needed emergency help. This makes the already over worked and stressed adjuster look as if he is not doing his job. Those adjusters are trying to just get to the next insured who has already called and give them an ear full because they are a day later than what the insured wanted. These fraudulent claims cause stress and make us, the 18-20 hour a day worker, look bad as well. Thanks and appreciation should be given to the response teams, but we will happily give up our spot in the light to allow this man to be made into an example. Gallagher will be doing his (very stressful)job, not playing politics as some have stated!
This wastebag should go to jail. I’m glad they posted his address too with his name. HAHAHAHAHA!!! …. even if he doesn’t go to jail, he’ll be paying for it.

REminds me of a line from a Bob Dylan song “steal a little and they throw you in jail, steal a lot and they make you king”
