West Virginia’s Workers’ Compensation Commission recently filed
injunctions against three employers whose accounts with the Commission are reportedly in default.
Injunctions were filed in Kanawha County Circuit Court against the following:
• Premium Hospitality Group, a Williamsburg, Va. business that operates Pargos restaurant in Morgantown, owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $19,861.22;
• WV Concrete Coating & Design LLC, a Harrison County concrete construction business, owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $25,484.59; and
• Todd G. Evans, dba Building Center & Auto Center, a Wood County general building construction business, owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $14,225.01.
The injunctions call for the firms to cease business.
