Richard E. Bouchard, CEO, and J. Robert Bouchard, president, and Tim Bouchard, COO, bought the firm in late 2004 when former parent First National Bankshares of Florida was bought by Fifth Third Bancorp. It has employs 250. The company specializes in commercial and personal insurance, employee benefits, surety and workers’ compensation. It also provides advanced technology and consulting expertise to create next generation insurance services for clients.
