    So who thinks the Feds can do anything better than a smaller state program.
    I can only imagine the hold time trying to get thru to the federal insurance regulation hotline to file a complaint about a company that is not doing business properly, or simply ask a question.
    and how do you expect a federal regulator to understand and enforce over 50 different filings (at least 1 per state, plus DC and PRico.) Yeah I\’m sure this is the answer. Sounds like a great liberal democrat way of screwing things up and adding yet another layer of government to our lives.

    Just one more example of why the Feds should regulate insurers. Let\’s get consistent regulation across all the states.
