I wonder who specified a roof not designed to withstand more than 55 mph winds. Of course, the attorney needs the manufacturer for the deep pockets.

Did the roofing system have an opportunity to \”balloon\” via open doors, etc.?

What all types of winds and/or debris hit/pulled at the structure?

Amazing how the membrane delaminated from the insulation, leaving mostly intact the facer. This is a clear & ovious membrane sheet to insulation board bond failure.
The Membrane suplier must show the UL or/and FM test records of testing this bonded system for Wind Code cumpliance. Code (ASCE) cumpliance omision constitute Criminal Negligence.
