From Montgomery, Ala., Alfa Corp.announced that its Board of Directors voted to increase the regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.1175 per share.
The May 3 announcement represents the 33rd consecutive year in which cash dividends have increased. The dividend is payable June 1 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 15.
