In Florida, the Tampa and Daytona Beach offices of Burns and Wilcox announced the availability of ACE Westchester Specialty Group’s pollution liability insurance product, as offered through Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Co., and Illinois Union Insurance Co.
The product can be written to cover environmental and pollution exposures that are sudden, as well as those that are measured and gradually occur.
Coverage can be written to include bodily injury, property damage or clean-up costs. In addition to the general liability and contractor’s pollution coverage, the policy can also include professional and contractual liability coverages.
Environmental policies can cover the insured’s operations or be offered on a project-specific basis.
