I think they need to re-think their decisions – why rebuild low income homes in the same area – let the ones that can afford the insurance build on the coast & let the ones that can’t afford or choose not to have insurance live inland – at least the help needed for recovery next time they are hit by a devistating hurricane will not be as big a burden on the taxpayers of America!!!!!!!!
