Tampa, Fla.-based USG Insurance Services Inc., recently made several national level management changes.
USG named Kristen Taylor, National Marketing Coordinator for the past year and a half, as the new National Marketing Director.
The firm promoted Lauren Durborow from Marketing & Sales Assistant to National Marketing Coordinator.
Taylor and Durborow started with USG in 2006 and developed the company’s first marketing department. The department operates out of their in-house design studio headquartered in the Pa. office and is responsible for developing marketing campaigns nationally for all 12 USG offices and two subsidiary companies.
Taylor previously worked as a marketing consultant with a number of clients including: Habitat for Humanity, Women’s Celebrations, PapaGallo’s, and Oyster Creek Marina Restaurant. She also held the role of Assistant Marketing Manager for ThompsonBaker Insurance Agency & Axa Advisors in St.Augustine, Fla., and now serves on the NAPSLO Committee for Career Awareness and is on the Board of Directors for the Insurance Club of Pittsburgh.
Durborow has a background in sales and promotional work, with over seven years of experience with companies including Bacharach’s Metals, The Talent Group, and Penn State University.
