A Tennessee National Guard truck on the way to help tornado recovery efforts in Macon County turned over on the side of Interstate 40.
Randy Harris, a guard spokesman, said the five-ton truck was among other engineering units headed to the disaster area on Feb. 9 when it tipped over near the Bellevue, Tenn., exit.
Harris said the driver was injured and taken to a hospital, but his injuries were not critical.
It was not immediately clear what caused the truck to flip.
Harris said operations were under way to recover the vehicle.
