Ted Ostrander, president and CEO of Leesburg, Florida-based LassiterWare Insurance, recently announced a new organizational structure for the agency.
Divided into four core divisions, each division will report to an executive vice president who then reports to Ostrander.
The property & casualty division will be led by Christopher McClain. McClain has worked with LassiterWare since 1991, and has been licensed as a commercial lines property & casualty agent for more than 25 years. He offers an extensive background in the field of license and contract surety bonding for the construction industry.
Kristen Hughes will lead the employee benefits division which she established in 1988 when she joined LassiterWare. She began her insurance career in 1984.
Mitch Andrews will lead the company’s PEO division. Andrews began consulting LWI clients and prospects on the advantages of PEOs for the organization in 1999.
John Hahne, chief operations officer, will lead the services support division, which includes human resources, accounting, corporate communications, public relations, and other support staff .
