United Insurance Holdings Corp. of St. Petersburg, Fla., began trading its common stock, warrants and units on the OTC Bulletin Board under the new symbols UIHC, UIHCW and UIHCU respectively.
The change became effective on Oct. 20 for the homeowners and selected small business insurance underwriter.
The symbols were changed as a result of the company’s merger with FMG Acquisition Corp. and name change to United Insurance Holdings Corp.
Prior to this move, the company’s common stock, warrants and units were traded on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbols FMGQ, FMGQW and FMGQU.
