killed two birds with one stone; some garbage got picked up and a drunk driver is permanently removed from the roads. So what’s the problem?

garbage out. Besides, a real man would not fall off a garbage truck. He’d hold on.

All three of you are insensitive, if they knew he was a drinker they know he was self medicating from something so the county was wrong just like you what if it was your family member. They still are morally wrong, who gave them sovereign immunity themselves.

In that case I understand and see why so many people are filing paperwork to have that same benefit to not be held accountable for their wrongdoing intentionally or unintentionally.

Government is a big scheme to protect those who work to continue the lies. The government is PEOPLE and PEOPLE should be compensated for PEOPLES mistakes or intentional acts which RISK other PEOPLES lives and LIVELY HOOD.

When the government and those in office use this type of immorally WRONG shield I start to not care about RESPECTING those in office, I and others start to wonder WHY SHOULD I VOTE for any of those people and why should I pay taxes for them to pay themselves to NOT SERVE THE PEOPLE THE FAMILIES IN CASES LIKE THIS.
