USG Insurance Services Inc, a national wholesale broker of commercial insurance headquartered in Tampa, Fla., announced that Christine Kops has been promoted to branch manager of the Tampa office.
Kop previously served as USG Florida production manager, brokerage manager and senior underwriter in the Tampa, Fla., branch.
Prior to her career at USG, she worked for seven years at Morstan General Agency as the Marketing office manager, preceded by six years as VP Risk Management manager for Tongue Brooks Insurance. Kops also held the titles of marketing manager for Suncoast Insurance and brokerage marketer for Roger Bouchard.
The Fla. branch is one of 11 USG offices, nationwide, offering problem solutions for hard to place commercial insurance coverage.
