Michigan-based managing general agency J.M. Wilson has added Debbie Martinez as Sales and Underwriting manager for its southern regional office in Charleston, South Carolina.
Martinez will be responsible for developing relationships and growing J.M. Wilson’s presence in the South. With access to Colony and Northland Insurance Co. for commercial trucking, business auto and public auto accounts, she will help agents write business in Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida.
Martinez joins J.M. Wilson with nearly 20 years in the insurance industry. She has worked as a commercial transportation underwriter for another MGA.
