Religious Group Seeks Exemption From Georgia Auto Insurance Law

    If they get an exemption, it should ONLY be based upon the same rules for everyone else on the road. Most States allow self-insured organizations AND individuals to post a BOND in an amount satisfactory to the State to cover accidents. I trust the Lord but would not wait by the mailbox for a check from HIM.

    How do the rates stack up for these risks. Credit scores for them as applicants should be non existant and result in higher rates. Talk about selection against…. And to not be willing to accept claim dollars. What a deal for the insurance company.
