BTW, you do not need a law to ban texting, it already is considered careless driving. Why don’t you focus on lower my insurance premiums for another 3 years and ruin the rest of the companies left in the state.

YES, TEXTING, EATING BREAKFAST, GETTING DRESSED, OR ANY EXTRA ACTIVITY TAKING DRIVER’S ATTENTION AWAY FROM STEERING THE WEAPON WOULD QUALIFY AS RECKLESS OR CARELESS DRIVING, A MAJOR VIOLATION. IF THE POLICE IN THEIR ROUNDS WOULD JUST BE AWARE OF WHAT DRIVERS ARE DOING, THEY COULD CITE THESE MORONS AND THEIR RATES WOULD GO UP, WHICH WOULD AT LEAST GIVE US AUTO INSURANCE AGENTS A HEALTHIER LIVING!
