“Alexander also said State Farm was paying its agents commissions well above the national average, adding unnecessarily to its operating costs in Florida.” So what?!! I am an independent agent and I will tell you that the SF agents act as the company to the customer. The insurance carriers need to give up more of their profits to the agents, we take the full brunt of everything including getting blamed for everything under the sun from the clients.

Attorneys make more money than insurance agents regardless of the outcome of the case now someone definetly needs to investigate that.
