Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said it has acquired Riley & Associates Inc. in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Riley & Associates Inc. is a retail insurance broker with personal and commercial clients primarily in the southeastern United States. The agency specializes in insurance coverage for the hospitality, moving and storage, transportation and marine industries.
Russell Parker and his associates will continue to operate in Mt. Pleasant under the direction of Mitchel Brashier, Southeastern Regional Manager of Gallagher’s retail property/casualty brokerage operation.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is an international insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, headquartered in Itasca, Illinois.
