Private Passenger Auto Rates and Guidelines effective on 09/01/2012
We are implementing changes to our FL Private Passenger Auto program for new and renewal
business effective on or after September 1, 2012, which results in an overall rate impact of
+12.4%.
We should have learned from Commie Charlie that you can’t legislate savings on insurance without a fundamental change to the system. The only way to get rid of PIP fraud is to get rid of PIP.
