It is a pretty little FL town…if that is all they can be famous for, it’s a shame.
Taking US 301 cuts an hour off of the drive through Florida. It happens to take you through a number of small towns where you have to slow down. Waldo even goes and extra step of having billboards that advertise the speed trap is ahead. So, if you don’t slow down, its on you, especially since it saves as much time as it does.
In Waldo, 35 mph posted means do 30 just in case your speedometer is wrong.
