Neace Lukens, an AssuredPartners Inc. company, said it has completed the acquisition of Gosnell Insurance in Charleston, South Carolina.
The company said all Gosnell employees will remain in their current positions while Gosnell is merged with another Charleston-based Neace Lukens branch into a new office space in March 2013.
Gosnell specializes in property/casualty and personal insurance.
Neace Lukens is now operating in 25 offices in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, Arizona, Georgia, Arkansas, Florida and South Carolina. Neace Lukens is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. Investment firm AssuredPartners is headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida.
