So let me get this straight: the very people (I use that term loosely) who try to glean as much info from the people they sue are now upset because of a law designed to stem scam lawsuits?
America has more lawyers per capita than any other country in the world, so this law is a good thing. The “concern” these attorneys have for their clients would seem a lot more legitimate if they capped their own fees at 15%.
