      There were DWI checkpoints all over the state. For the effort and $ expended, it was a failure. Oh, and by the way, it is y’all.

        Why was it a failure?

        Perhaps people choose not to drive or to use a dd since they were most likely aware that there would be many DWI check points. Just throwing that out there.

    Judging by the few comments here which are stupid to begin with only enforce the stupidity of those who encourage over indulging in Alcohol without respecting the rights of others, To drive with out intercepting them in a Deadly CRASH!.
