Keystone Insurers Group said Covington, Tenn.-based agency Jamieson & Fisher Inc. has become its 21st franchise partner in the state. The announcement was made by Jamieson & Fisher President Ed Kaiser and Keystone Tennessee Vice President Michele Bicknell.
Jamieson & Fisher Inc. has been family owned and operated since the early 1900s. Kaiser purchased the agency from his father-in-law, Ferd Fisher, in 1997. Prior to joining the agency, Kaiser worked in the banking industry in Memphis.
Headquartered in Northumberland, Pa., KIG is owned by its franchise partners and employees in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana and Ohio. In addition, KIG conducts business in Kentucky, Tennessee and Georgia. Each partner is an independent agency.
