Lighthouse Property Insurance Corp. reported that Scot Moore has been named as the firm’s new executive vice president.
Moore’s accounting career began in 1986 with KPMG Peat Marwick and he has worked in the insurance industry for the last 19 years. Most recently, he was chief financial officer for St. Johns Insurance Co.
Lighthouse, headquartered in Orlando, Fla., is an admitted property/casualty insurance company authorized to write in Louisiana and South Carolina. Lighthouse specializes in homeowners, condo, renters and dwelling fire insurance policies.
