Answer Financial Relocating Main Tennessee Sales Center to Knoxville

Online insurance agency Answer Financial Inc. is relocating its main Tennessee call center to West Knoxville. The office is slated to open next week.

The agency is celebrating its new state-of-the-art sales center with a Career Fair and open house on Oct. 2 and 3. Answer said it hopes to bring on another 50 members to its Knoxville sales force before year end, as well as another 15 at its Chattanooga location.

Answer Financial is a member of the Allstate family of companies.

Answer will now call Knoxville home for its flagship sales center, where agents help drivers and homeowners find insurance from more than 20 brands including Safeco, The Hartford, MetLife, Progressive and Esurance.

The company said it has experienced steady growth in recent years and is forecasting continued expansion.
