Tampa, Florida-based forensic engineering and insurance services firm SDII Global Corp. has named David M. Howard as chief executive officer.
Howard brings 25 years of management and insurance experience to SDII, having most recently served as chief operating officer for AmRisc, LP of Houston. Prior to his executive role with AmRisc, LP, Howard served as president and CEO of Edison Insurance Group, LLC, which he formed in 2005 and later sold in 2010. Howard is the former chairman, president and CEO of Insurance Management Solutions Group (IMSG). Howard also served as a senior vice president of Bankers Insurance Group and president of Bankers Insurance Services Inc.
