Dear Mr. & Mrs. Homeowner,
Start first by not insuring your home with Alfa. When the going gets tough, the tough dumps 73,000 homeowner policies on the open market… most underinsured, sub-par dwellings and bad credit.
We the people already know what to do. Pay off our house and drop the wind and hail and put the amount in a dedicated bank account for a new roof.
We need insurance reform and a Commissioner that will enforce the reform.
Stop wasting our tax dollars on research that is speculative and reinforcing homes.
