Jodi Marturano has joined the Ted Todd Insurance Agency as its human resource manager at the corporate home office in Bonita Springs, Florida.
She will oversee human resources operations in all seven agency offices located in Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers / Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, Sarasota, Viera, and Delray Beach. Day-to-day responsibilities will include recruiting, orientation, training, and personnel supervision, as well as some operations and technology oversight.
Marturano was formerly with Verizon Wireless for 14 years in Connecticut before being transferred to southwest Florida in 2011. Her roles included sales recruiting, sales and merchandizing, and customer service.
