Who would be stupid enough to not buckle up when they get in a car? My guess is one of the cell phone addicts who text and drive and cannot go to the bathroom without them.
I have mixed feelings about seatbelt laws, I know they save lives but it hinders the evolution of our species by saving the Darwin Award candidates. Traffic fatalities may be up in Mississippi but I’ll bet the IQ level has also risen.
