Shame on the Gallo winery! If the pizza company owner’s name is Gallo, how does he not have the right to use his own name in the company? I think it boils down to who could afford the better attorney.
Maybe Gallo should have purchased the business from Gallo & let them continue. Or, they could reimburse them some legal rebranding costs.
