Lockton Adds Smith to Healthcare Risk Practice in Atlanta

Insurance agency Lockton has expanded its healthcare risk management practice with the addition of Jeffrey Smith as senior vice president, Healthcare Leader, based in Atlanta.

In his role, Smith will focus deliver Lockton’s healthcare services to existing customers including hospitals and physician groups as well as new clients across the country. In addition, he will assist eldercare providers in the assisted living, skilled nursing, home health, and related segments on risk management issues including hospital professional liability and medical professional liability insurance

Smith joins Lockton from McGriff, Seibels & Williams. He was previously with Beecher Carlson for seven years and spent nearly two decades at Aon.
