International insurance brokerage and risk management firm Integro Ltd. has opened a Miami office to drive business in Florida, as well as serve as an international wholesale hub into Latin America.
According to John Sutton, president of Integro’s international operations and head of the firm’s reinsurance division, Integro Re, Integro sees the Florida and Latin American markets as inextricably linked.
Integro already has a growing retail insurance brokerage footprint in the Southeastern United States, as well as a growing presence in the Latin American market, with several strategic alliances with local retail brokers in a number of countries.
Marc Kunney, president of Integro North America said the expansion of Integro’s Southeast footprint is an important focus of the firm’s growth strategy. “The Miami office is a wonderful opportunity to enhance our operations in this growing market for Property/Casualty and Employee Benefits services.”
The Miami office is located at 1201 Brickell Avenue in Miami.
