Hiscox appointed Bryan Falchuk as head of Claims for its Hiscox USA business unit. Falchuk will be based in Atlanta and replaces former Head of Claims Nicole Goodwin, who became chief underwriting officer of the business this past summer.
Reporting to Jeremy Pinchin, director of Claims for Hiscox Group, and Hiscox USA CEO Ben Walter, Falchuk will take the reins of Hiscox USA’s claims team. Hiscox USA insures a growing number of businesses in the U.S., primarily in the small- and middle-market, and the claims team is currently expanding.
Prior to joining Hiscox, Falchuk held several senior roles in insurance and as a consultant with firms including Liberty Mutual and McKinsey. He also held a variety of roles with Beazley, ultimately serving as head of U.S. Underwriting and Claims Operations. Falchuk has a B.A. from Bowdoin College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Hiscox USA provides a variety of specialty risk products including professional E&O, GL, cyber and data security, media liability, management liability, crime, kidnap & ransom, terrorism and commercial property insurance products.
